Bloke on beauty - Areez Katki
We had the pleasure of catching up with the delightful Areez Katki, creator of his own hand made knitwear label and master of many talents. Independent stylist and freelance writer, he recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Art History and English (most current concentration on poetics). Areez is also a self-confessed domestic multi-tasker who gardens and bakes in his spare time.
Q: What are you doing today?
A: Working at Miss Crabb.
Q: What is your morning routine?
A: 6am run to the beach, picking some fruit/veges/herbs growing in my garden and then incorporating them in my breakfast.
Q: Your deodorant?
A: Aesop deodorant with vetiver root, clove and thyme.
Q: Who cuts your hair?
A: Barber Dan.
Q: What’s your number one grooming product?
A: May I have three? Moroccan Oil, Comme des Garçons original eau de parfum and Kiehls Organic Açai facial toning mist.
Q: Do you believe in aging gracefully or cosmetic intervention?
A: Aging gracefully and consuming as little toxicity as possible.
